Delivery & returns

UK delivery
- Free standard delivery on UK mainland orders over £250.
- Next working day delivery on selected items ordered before 3pm Monday–Friday.
- Larger items (e.g. floorstanding speakers, projector screens) are delivered in 3–5 working days by a two-person service.
- Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take longer.
Your 14-day cancellation right
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. Tell us within that period, then return the goods within a further 14 days. We will refund the price and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence of return).
Our 30-day returns promise
On top of your legal rights, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Faulty goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
