WEEE take-back

Under the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2013, we offer a free take-back service for your old electrical equipment when you buy a new item of a similar type.

How it works

  • Buy a new product from us — e.g. a new AV receiver to replace an old amplifier.
  • Contact us within 28 days of your purchase to arrange take-back of the old item, like for like.
  • Alternatively, take old equipment to your local household waste recycling centre free of charge.

This symbol on a product means it must not be thrown away with general household waste.
